Suame Township gets 80 streetlights
The Member of Parliament (MP) for Suame, in the Kumasi Metropolis, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu has donated about 80 streetlight bulbs to the area to improve security in the town.
The assemblyman, Cosmos Nkrumah who received the items was grateful to the MP and also commended him for such a gesture.
He however appealed for the construction of boreholes for them since the water situation in the area was not the best.
Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu is also putting up a 6-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities for the community at a cost of GHs 220,000.00 to enhance education in the town.
