Electronic appliances delay Parliamentary proceedings
Broken electronic appliances and public address systems are delaying the beginning of proceedings in Ghana's Parliament.
Technicians from the technical department of the 230 member legislature have been struggling to fix a crippling fault that has paralysed the entire communication network in the legislature.
Proceedings in the House usually at 10 am, but a faulty network of microphones have forced delay of today's sitting. As at 11:30am, technicians were still struggling to fix the problem.
